Computermarsters offers a comprehensive support package before
and after purchase.
Telephone our technical support relating to any items purchased from
Computermarsters free of charge to resolve any pre-sales questions
you may have, or any issues you want to discuss. Can’t find

Computermarsters does not and will never charge for this service.
If you want our assistance in choosing the ideal system or
component for your needs, or you have already ordered, and
would like some fitting advice or support with any problems
you are experiencing, this is available by email or by
telephone – by calling 08000 683 883,
at no charge other than the phone call!
In the unlikely event that our engineers decide that there is a fault
with the hardware within your system, you will be issued with our
returns procedure and advised to return the goods to Computermarsters
for repair/replacement. Repairs are normally carried out within 3
working days. No goods can be accepted for repair under warranty without
prior arrangement.

Warranty
All computer packages & systems, components, custom computers
& and parts purchased from Computermarsters Computer carry a 1-year
parts and labour warranty, in addition to our support package.
All complete systems purchased from Computermarsters carry a 3-year
labour only warranty in addition to the 1-year parts and labour warranty.
All monitors purchased normally carry a 3-year warranty provided by
the manufacturer. Please see the warranty registration card included
with your monitor for the terms of this warranty.
12 Month Warranty - Parts and Labour: If, during the period of the
warranty, Computermarsters find a hardware malfunction with a computer,
you will be issued with our returns procedure and advised to return
the goods to Computermarsters for repair or replacement. Repairs will
normally be carried out within 5 working days and in the unlikely
event of a deviation from this, you will be informed of a revised
date. No goods can be accepted for repair under warranty without prior
approval.
2nd & 3rd years Labour only. Computermarsters cannot be liable
to cover the cost of any components that fail after the first year
of ownership. However, the Company will not charge any labour costs
to replace or repair components that fail during the term of this
limited warranty. If the component needs to be replaced for whatever
reason, the customer will be advised of the fault and the cost of
the replacement part, and will be given the option to go ahead with
the repair. Discounted rates are applied to most repairs under warranty.
Please Note. These warranties are hardware warranties only. If your
machine is returned to us and the fault is due to changes you have
made to the software configuration you will be charged a standard
maintenance fee of £35 + VAT to re-install your operating system.
All our machines are thoroughly tested and set up for optimum performance
before delivery. We are not responsible for machines not working correctly
due to alterations you may have made to the set up, or software/hardware
you have installed after taking delivery of the machine.
These warranty terms exclude Monitors & some accessories supplied
with computer systems. Monitors are covered by their own warranties
issued directly from their manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty
card supplied with your monitor. Monitor warranties are usually for
3 years, unless stated. Certain printers and scanners also come with
a manufacturers warranty.
